Service Description

Welcome to the Wellness Workshop — a supportive, co-created space where we gather to reconnect with ourselves and each other. This isn’t group therapy, and it’s not a lecture — it’s a lightly guided circle rooted in presence, shared experience, and holistic tools for mind-body wellness. Each week, we explore themes like nervous system regulation, emotional balance, somatic practices, and self-compassion. Sessions might include grounding movement, mindfulness, creative expression, journaling prompts, or simply holding space for honest conversation. Some weeks we speak more, some weeks we breathe more. There’s room for both. As your facilitator, I bring my background in mental health, movement, and trauma-informed coaching to gently guide our time together — but the real magic happens in the shared wisdom, softness, and safety we create as a group. This is a space for you to pause, process, and find tools that feel like yours. ✨ No pressure to perform. ✨ No need to have it all figured out. ✨ Just a weekly invitation to come as you are and tend to what’s real.
