Hi, I’m Roxanne,

I’m a trauma-informed wellness coach who helps women break old patterns, regulate their nervous system, and finally feel like themselves again.
My work blends somatic tools, movement, and practical mindset shifts so you can stop living in survival mode and start feeling safe, steady, and confident in your own body.

My Story: Why I Do This Work?

I’ve lived in survival mode; overthinking, the tension, the people-pleasing, the constant feeling of “I should be doing more.” On the outside, I looked ambitious. Inside, I was anxious, disconnected, and numbing with work, the gym, and weed just to get through the day.
 

For years, I tried all the things: journaling, meditation, self-help books, even medication. They helped, but nothing changed the root of my patterns.
 

Everything shifted when I started learning nervous system work and somatic healing. For the first time, I wasn’t trying to fix myself, I was learning to understand myself. I started noticing my triggers, calming my body, and responding differently. I learned how to:

  • Recognize thought spirals before they take over

  • Slow down and respond with clarity

  • Protect my energy and set boundaries without guilt

  • Actually enjoy being with myself
     

This work changed my entire life, and it’s what led me to create the C.A.L.M. Method, the framework I now use with clients to help them feel safe, grounded, and emotionally steady again.
