Many clients start here to build consistency and safety in their bodies before moving into deeper personalized coaching support.

Led by Roxanne: Trauma-Informed Health & Wellness Coach

Roxanne is a trauma-informed Health & Wellness Coach and NBHWC candidate with a background in dance instruction, mind-body facilitation, and somatic healing practices.

With years of experience guiding both movement-based classes and emotional wellness work, she blends nervous-system science, intuitive movement, and compassionate coaching to create spaces that feel both supportive and empowering.

Her approach honors the deep connection between body and mind, helping clients move out of overwhelm and back into regulation, confidence, and self-trust. 

 

Through both group classes and 1:1 coaching, Roxanne helps clients move out of chronic overwhelm and into greater calm, clarity, and embodied confidence.
