Hi, I'm Roxanne
I’m a trauma-informed Certified Wellness Coach and NBHWC Candidate who helps high-achieving women break free from burnout, overthinking, and emotional overload.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, behavior change, and compassionate accountability. Together, we focus on creating real, sustainable shifts, not quick fixes or surface-level self-care.

Because true wellness isn’t about doing more.
It’s about finally feeling safe enough in your body to do less… and trust that it’s enough.

My Story: Why I Do This Work?
Like many of the women I now support, I know what it feels like to live in survival mode; constantly pushing, overthinking, and trying to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

Through my own journey in movement, wellness, and behavior change work, I began to see something clearly:
Most women don’t need more discipline.
They need support that helps their nervous system finally exhale.

That realization became the foundation for Move 4 Mind.
For years, I tried all the things: journaling, meditation, self-help books, even medication. They helped, but nothing changed the root of my patterns.
Everything shifted when I started learning nervous system work and somatic healing. For the first time, I wasn’t trying to fix myself, I was learning to understand myself. I started noticing my triggers, calming my body, and responding differently. I learned how to:

-
Recognize thought spirals before they take over
-
Slow down and respond with clarity
-
Protect my energy and set boundaries without guilt
-
Actually enjoy being with myself
My Approach to Coaching

Inside our work together, we focus on the patterns beneath the surface; the stress responses, habits, and nervous system loops that keep you feeling stuck even when you’re trying your best.

My coaching blends:

Nervous System Regulation Tools

Behavior Change Science

Somatic and Movement Based Practices

Compassionate, Personalized Support
This work is not about perfection.
It’s about building the capacity to move through life with more calm, clarity, and self-trust.

How coaching is different from therapy?Wellness coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented.While therapy often explores and treats past trauma and mental health conditions, coaching focuses on helping you build practical tools, supportive habits, and meaningful behavior change in your daily life.
We focus on right now; your body, your patterns, your nervous system and help you build a life you can actually live in with peace.
Who I Work With
This work may be especially supportive for women who::
-
Exhausted from holding everything together
-
High-functioning perfectionists, caregivers, or quiet achievers
-
Stuck in cycles of overthinking and emotional burnout
-
Ready to feel calm, confident, and in control again
