Service Description

Mindful Movement is a gentle, intentional space to move your body, calm your mind, and come home to yourself. This isn’t about how flexible you are, how many reps you can do, or what your pose looks like. It’s about how you feel — and giving yourself permission to move in a way that honors that. Each class blends elements of somatic awareness, stretching, dance, breathwork, and intuitive movement. We move slowly, intentionally, and always with options — inviting you to notice, to soften, to ground, and to express. Some weeks may feel energizing and fluid; others, still and restorative. You get to decide what your body needs. As a trauma-informed facilitator with training in yoga, dance, and nervous system regulation, I’ll offer gentle guidance and cues, but there’s no “right” way to be here. This is a space for embodiment, exploration, and building trust with your body — one breath at a time. Expect a mix of: Grounding and centering practices Somatic movement and gentle flow Nervous system-informed breathwork Music, stillness, and intuitive transitions Reflection or journaling prompts (optional) This class is for anyone craving a deeper connection to their body and inner world. Whether you’re healing, reawakening your creativity, or simply looking for a soft space to land, you are welcome here — just as you are.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All group class bookings must be completed through the online registration system. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the class details and any preparation tips. Cancellation & Refunds: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your registration for a group class. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable but you may be eligible for a credit toward a future class if you notify me in advance. No-shows for group classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Capacity & Waitlist: Group classes have limited spots to ensure a quality experience for all participants. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to get the full benefit of the class. Late arrivals may not be admitted or may be asked to join quietly to minimize disruption. Health & Safety: Please listen to your body and modify or skip any movements that don’t feel right. If you have any health conditions or injuries, please notify me before class so I can offer appropriate modifications. Participation in classes is at your own risk. Recording & Sharing: Group classes may be recorded for promotional or educational use. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, please let me know in advance. Code of Conduct: Respect and kindness are expected in all group interactions. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
