Service Description

Free flow, get it, because it’s a pay what/if you can class. Enjoy. It's Fri-yay! Free Flow Friday is a guided, movement-based class that blends elements of somatic practice, mindful flow, and nervous system support — designed to help you unwind from the week and reset with intention. Inspired by the fluidity of Tai Chi and the grounded awareness of somatic movement, this class offers a structured yet spacious approach to reconnecting with your body. Movements are simple, repetitive, and rhythmic — designed to reduce tension, increase circulation, and bring you into a more present, regulated state. We'll do a nice warm up to create some heat in your body. Rather than choreography or high-intensity effort, you'll be guided through slow, flowing sequences that emphasize breath, balance, and embodied awareness. It’s an ideal class for anyone looking to move without pressure, reconnect with their body, and create space for mental clarity. Each class includes: Grounding and breath-centered warm-up Flowing, low-impact movement sequences Somatic cues to support body awareness and nervous system regulation A gentle cool down with optional reflection or journaling Whether you're dealing with workplace stress, burnout, or just need a creative outlet, Free Flow Friday offers a supportive space to decompress and reset — all in under an hour. It offers a consistent, accessible way to transition out of the workweek and into a more spacious, regulated weekend — without needing prior experience or a yoga/dance background. Move like water. Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All group class bookings must be completed through the online registration system. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the class details and any preparation tips. Cancellation & Refunds: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your registration for a group class. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable but you may be eligible for a credit toward a future class if you notify me in advance. No-shows for group classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Capacity & Waitlist: Group classes have limited spots to ensure a quality experience for all participants. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to get the full benefit of the class. Late arrivals may not be admitted or may be asked to join quietly to minimize disruption. Health & Safety: Please listen to your body and modify or skip any movements that don’t feel right. If you have any health conditions or injuries, please notify me before class so I can offer appropriate modifications. Participation in classes is at your own risk. Recording & Sharing: Group classes may be recorded for promotional or educational use. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, please let me know in advance. Code of Conduct: Respect and kindness are expected in all group interactions. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
